1. Specification & RFQ Submission: Send us your tearsheets, CAD files, or sketches alongside required overall dimensions, seat depth, fill specifications, and COM details.

2. Shop Drawings & Estimates: We issue detailed line-item quotes and technical shop drawings for your client's approval before production begins.

3. Fabric, Leather & Finish Inspection: Upon arrival, all materials—including fabrics, leathers, custom wood stains, and metal finishes—are rigorously inspected for flaws, roll width, yield, and finish accuracy before frame construction and tailoring begin.

4. Quality Check & Logistics: Every piece undergoes strict quality control, seat-height inspection, and tailored finishing before white-glove dispatch.
